I am pleased to take part in this annual holiday market. I am excited to introduce Ethiopian and Eritrean authentic vegan food. Our menu includes simmered stew of lentils, split pea, chickpea blended with spices. There is an option of non spicy dishes with lentils and veggies. Our food is flavoured with nutritious herbs and spices and it’s served with a unique and nutritious spongy sourdough flat bread called injera. Injera is made of teff flour which is gluten free and fermented for a few days. As a Bayview parent I will donate 40 percent of December sales to Bayview.
